Colin Funk

Colin Funk is a renowned facilitator and program designer in creative development and leadership development. He has been associated with PlanNET since 2004.

Colin has worked for 20 years as a facilitator, director and theatre producer throughout western Canada. He is a graduate of the BC Institute of Technology with a diploma in Broadcast Communications (1981), and a graduate of the Vancouver Playhouse, with a diploma in Theatre Arts and Dramaturgy (1985).

Since 1989 Colin has led the creation of unique leadership and community development, bringing together the arts, ecology and business through the medium of theatre.

Colin has held a number of positions at The Banff Centre: Arts Administrator, Program Coordinator, and Creative Program Director at the Centre’s Leadership Learning Lab. He is currently a member of the faculty at the Centre’s Peter Laughed Leadership Institute.

Colin is the founder of Corporate Funk, a leadership and organizational development consultancy firm. He also works as a facilitator with the Reframe Leadership Consultancy in Banff, AB and with the Pacific Centre for Leadership in Canmore, AB.

Colin is also currently the Artistic Director of ReWild Theatre on Cortes Island, BC.
